RADDOG™ is taking the industry and media by storm as the robot dog with a purpose: keeping people and property safe – even celebrities on Mars!
“Once we saw RADDOG, we wanted it as member of the crew,” says Charles Wachter, Stars on Mars executive producer and showrunner.
“Lost in Space had their robot, Star Wars had their R2D2, and similarly, RADDOG was a big part of our cast. It performed both a functional role in the series—as sentry security for the crew, with remote viewing, and also as a companion. It has a ton of personality, but even more capabilities.”
Stars on Mars takes 12 celebrities (Lance Armstrong, Natasha Leggero, Marshawn Lynch, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Adam Rippon, Ronda Rousey, Tom Schwartz, Richard Sherman, Tinashe, Porsha Williams, Tallulah Willis, and Ariel Winter) and puts them in a simulated Mars where they compete in missions. But they're not out there in the universe alone: they have a dog with them, a robot dog that is.
Debuting on FOX on June 5, ‘Stars on Mars’ is a show placing celebrities in an unscripted environment where they attempt to colonize and conquer ‘Mars’, starring Lance Armstrong, Marshawn Lynch, Ronda Rousey, Porsha Williams, Natasha Leggero, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Adam Rippon, Richard Sherman, Tinashe, Tom Schwartz, Tallulah Willis, and Ariel Winter.
"This was about as much fun as you can have with a robotic dog and celebrities," said Reinharz. "Easily one of the highlights of my professional career. I thank Eureka Productions and FOX for the incredible opportunity to introduce RADDOG and showcase the remarkable technology that our team has put into this amazing robotic dog.”
